Corporate Wallet®

All company details. In one place.

In Corporate Wallet® you set up billing addresses, cost centres, travel policies and the company’s payment method once. Every purchase through 1-CP uses them, whether in a merchant’s checkout, through a Corporate PayLink™ or with Corporate Wallet® Agent.

Profiles come from systems
you already maintain.

Okta, Microsoft Azure, Google or SAP Concur supply names, departments and cost centres. Nobody types employee data in twice, and a change in the source system applies from the next purchase.

  • Company name, billing address and VAT ID
  • Person, department and cost centre
  • Sign-in with the existing company login

For every field you decide which system is the source.

1-CP checks your company’s purchasing policies
during the purchase.

You decide who may buy what, up to which amount and with which payment method. The check runs before payment, not weeks later in the expense report.

Roles & access

Finance administers, sales buys. Rights are set per business unit, for people or groups.

Purchasing policies

For example: hotels up to €150 a night, cost centre required for every purchase.

Payment & limits

Company card, virtual card or invoice, each with its own limit per purchase, month or project.

Corporate Wallet® supplies your company details
to all four purchase flows.

The same billing address and the same policy apply whether an employee pays in a merchant’s checkout, opens a Corporate PayLink™ or buys on another website with Corporate Wallet® Agent. Platforms connect through the API.

How the rollout
works.

  1. Assign the owners

Finance, travel and IT name one person each for billing, policy and login.

  2. Connect and configure

Connect the company login and accounting, store the policy and payment, starting with one purchase type.

  3. Extend

Profiles stay current through the sync. Add the next purchase type when the first one runs.

How does Corporate Wallet® relate to the four ways to pay?

Corporate Wallet® holds the details: billing profiles, policies and payment. API, Corporate Checkout®, Corporate PayLink™ and Corporate Wallet® Agent bring them into the purchase. You set them up once and they apply on all four ways.

Who manages the Corporate Wallet®?

Usually finance, travel or procurement, with IT for the company login. You decide who may change settings and who may only buy.

Does the Corporate Wallet® work with sellers that aren’t connected to 1-CP?

Yes. With Corporate Wallet® Agent, your people take the company details to any website. Merchants with Corporate Checkout® also send line items and invoice straight from their system.

Which sign-in providers can we use?

Okta, Microsoft Azure, Google, ADFS and any SAML provider, plus travel profile systems such as SAP Concur and ATPI eProfile. The full list is in the integration directory.

Can we keep our company cards?

Yes. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and company cards from providers such as AirPlus or Degussa Bank can be stored in the Corporate Wallet®. Your bank keeps processing the payment.
