1-CP connects your company’s details, policies and payment methods in every purchase.

In Corporate Wallet® you store billing addresses, travel policies and the company’s payment method. API, Corporate Checkout®, Corporate PayLink™ and Corporate Wallet® Agent bring these details into the purchase. Afterwards, line items and invoice go to your accounting.

Corporate Wallet®.
Where everything is set up.

Corporate Wallet® is a product of its own. Here your finance or travel team decides which company, billing address, policies and payment apply to a purchase. The four ways to buy all draw on it.

Corporate Wallet®

Company and billing profiles, travel policies, payment methods and the connection to your company login and accounting. Your people use the same details on all four ways to buy.

Where purchase
data comes from.

A record finance can book needs line items, amount, cost centre and invoice. Each way to buy gets them from a different source:

  • Corporate Checkout®: structured, straight from the merchant’s system.
  • Corporate PayLink™: from the offer the seller prepared.
  • Corporate Wallet® Agent: from the checkout page that is open in the browser.

Which field goes where, for example the cost centre to DATEV or the project number to Oracle NetSuite, is defined during setup.

Banks and payment providers
process the payment.

21 payment methods and payment services are live, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and SEPA. Authorisation and settlement stay with your bank and payment provider. 1-CP adds the company details to every payment.

Our strategic direction

AI agents need
your company’s purchasing policies.

Before an AI agent can buy for a business, it needs to know who it represents, what it may spend and which policies apply. It also needs a purchase record the company can use.

1-CP already manages exactly these details today: identity, limits and company data in machine-readable form. For now, a person still confirms every purchase.
