How the Agent
works.

  1. Open the checkout

Book a hotel or flight as usual. On the checkout page the Agent offers to help.

  2. Read the purchase

The Agent reads the item, dates and price and checks them against your travel policy.

  3. Fill in the company

Company name, billing address and the company’s payment method go into the form. If a site asks for something unusual, you add it.

  4. Buy and file

You complete the purchase. The Agent records it with invoice details for your company.

Corporate Wallet® Agent and Corporate Checkout®
use different data sources.

Both work together. Where a merchant has built in Corporate Checkout®, line items and invoice come straight from its system. Everywhere else, the Agent fills the gap from the page in front of you.

Corporate Wallet® Agent

For every other website

  • Works on any website, without a seller integration
  • Fills in company name, address and payment
  • Reads item, date and price from the page
  • You complete the purchase

Corporate Checkout®

For merchants with 1-CP

  • 1-CP is a payment method in the checkout
  • Line items and VAT straight from the merchant
  • Invoice delivered automatically

Your company uses its purchasing details
with providers that have no 1-CP integration.

Your people do not have to wait until a merchant connects to 1-CP. Hotel, airline, rail or a specialist shop: the Agent works wherever they buy. In onboarding we go through the ten websites your teams use most.

Typical first websites

  • Hotel bookings outside the travel portal
  • Rail tickets
  • Office supplies and specialist retailers

What the Agent
reads.

The Agent becomes active on checkout pages. It reads the form fields and the purchase details there, so it can fill in company data and check the policy. Before rollout, your IT and privacy teams receive an overview of the browser permissions and the fields processed.

Where can I install it?

Your company receives the installation link during onboarding. IT can roll the extension out centrally to all company browsers.

Does it work on every website?

Yes, without the merchant having to integrate anything. Because every site builds its checkout differently, take a quick look at the filled-in details before you buy.

Does the seller need to do anything?

No. The Agent runs in the buyer’s browser. Merchants who want to send line items and invoice directly can also add Corporate Checkout®.

Can I finish a purchase myself?

Yes. If a site needs a step from you, such as a security check by your bank, you do it yourself. Afterwards you confirm the purchase in the Agent so it is recorded for your company.
