One thing changes
Procurement and booking tools cover the purchases made through them. Corporate cards move the money; the expense tool books the receipt. What changes is the purchase outside the tools: with

1-CP checks your company’s purchasing policy
before payment
You define company details and policies once. They apply in every purchase through
Before the purchase
Billing addresses, purchasing policies and the company’s payment methods are set up in Corporate Wallet®. Profiles come from your HR or identity system.
During the purchase
A purchase above the limit is flagged before payment. The employee pays with the company’s payment method, or with their own card where you prefer it.
After the purchase
Line items, cost centre and invoice go to DATEV, SAP Concur or your ERP. Nobody has to chase receipts.

Where your people
actually buy
The hotel on the hotel’s own site, the software licence, the tool for the building site: much company spend bypasses your tools and lands on private cards. With
- Suppliers with Corporate Checkout® send line items and invoice directly.
- Wallet Agent works on any other website. The supplier gets an invoice address for this one purchase, so the invoice lands on the right record.
- For offers agreed by phone or email, suppliers send a Corporate PayLink™.
Start with one
purchase type
Pick the purchase type that creates the most expense reports today, often hotels, software or small equipment. Compare after a few weeks, then add the next.
Choose
For example hotels booked outside the travel tool. Finance and procurement define policy and cost centres.
Connect
IT connects the company login; finance stores the payment methods and the target system.
Compare
Count expense reports, missing invoices and
follow-up questions before and after. Then add the next.
In practice
The expense claim is created with the purchase, not typed afterwards
Buyer, cost centre and line items are captured during the purchase. Once the invoice is attached, the claim is ready for approval, reimbursement and posting, without anyone typing it in. Finance keeps the accounting judgement.

Frequently asked questions
Talk to theDoes this replace our ERP or expense tool?
No. SAP, SAP Concur and your other systems keep their role; they start after the purchase.
We already use virtual cards. What changes?
Keep them. A virtual card moves money.
How does this fit with procurement and AI tools?
Your procurement portal decides which suppliers you buy from.
Can employees use their own card?
Yes, where you prefer it.
What can policies check?
Everything the purchase contains: amount, category, supplier, date and location. With Corporate Checkout® the data comes from the supplier, with Wallet Agent from the purchase page. For each rule you decide: show a notice, ask for a reason and continue, or block.
How is pricing determined?
By your company setup, the products you use, your purchase flows and integrations. Talk to us for a proposal.
