Can I use 1-CP without my company setting it up?

No. Your company sets up the profile and the company’s payment method first. Without that, nobody can pay on its behalf, which protects your company as well.

Do I need to pay with my own card?

No. You pay with the company’s payment method your company has set up. You advance nothing and claim nothing back.

Will I still need to submit an expense report?

First check your email for a confirmation from the merchant, so nothing is paid twice. If there is none, try again or write to support@one-cp.com.

Who can help with an invoice?

The merchant issues the invoice. If something on it is wrong, contact the merchant; for questions about the purchase in 1-CP, write to support@one-cp.com.
